Have you ever wondered if there was more that you could do for your family? What about even something as simple as making memories around the dinner table. Do you want more for your marriage? Your money, or even your health?
I’ve been quite impressed with the 7 Day Challenge by the Ziglar Family. It reminds me of all the simple things we’ve learned in the past. Things like, The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. He was one of the first speakers we heard when we got married. I learned so much about my husband during that conference that helped me set a good foundation for our marriage. The more we learned together, the more we understood how the other one was wired.
This 7 Day Family Challenge is full of some great advice from some amazing and gifted men and women. I thought it would be fun to try this together. Please don’t feel obligated, you all know me and Wendel….we don’t recommend things that we don’t believe in…that’s pretty evident from our websites. But if there’s anything we can invest more in…….. that would be our families. I see so many people invest tons of money in fitness, health, career, and education and sometimes the investment in family falls to the bottom of the list.
Check out the challenge for day 2…..building memories around the table together as a family……………….
I don’t know about you but sometimes it seems like this simple habit it getting lost. I see so many of us rushing around and staring at phones. As a mom of adult men, a new daughter in law and a grandson, I desire to have more dinner time conversations.
I was really impressed with what speaker Michael Hyatt and his wife, Gail, had to say about how they have conversations around their dinner table. I am loving this idea and thought I would share it with ya’ll. Let me know what you think.
